Originally from Fort Smith, Arkansas, a graduate of Cornell University, Charles makes his home in Dallas, Texas after 15 years of living and working in both Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA as a leading pioneer in travel technology, procurement, sourcing, travel agency operations, sales and account management.

Charles began learning procurement as a Corporate Travel Manager for then Novato, CA based Inference Corporation. He has gone on to consult with many Fortune 500 companies around the world on everything from product and supplier selection, travel security, policy development, and project management, to process optimization, ERP integration for expense management, and online booking adoption strategies collectively for over 20 years.

Charles started Big and Tall Travel because booking and managing travel for individuals or companies is where he started his career, and is what he loves to do. He understands that traveling today can be uncomfortable and challenging, and while many people feel they can book their own travel online, they lose the benefit of additional savings, product knowledge, additional perks and benefits, and that they would not otherwise get while spending their valuable time on research. Most of all, they no longer have a personal relationship with their own travel agent with the product knowledge to deliver the maximum comfort and safety possible.
